How the limits work
All three limits (words, pages and projects) apply at the same time. The package is used up when any one of them is reached. Unused volume does not carry over.
Prepayment for 3 months: −5%. For 6 months: −8%.

Frequently asked questions
How is the right package chosen?
We apply the smallest package that covers the number of words, the number of finished pages and one final project at the same time. Example: a document with 900 words and 8 pages does not fit Micro (limit 6 pages), so Compact or an individual quote applies.
What counts as one project?
One product with one final document is one project. A combined manual for several variants of one model is also one project. If a separate document is needed for each model, each document is a separate project.
How are words and pages counted?
We count the words in the English part that is actually translated. Unchanged certificates and declarations, repeated headers and footers, and text in other languages are not counted. Pages are the finished, laid-out pages; blank pages are not charged.
What does the revision include?
The price includes one consolidated revision, provided it does not change the original brief, is sent in one go and is requested within 5 working days of delivery. Further revisions are charged at €20 per hour.
When does the turnaround time start?
The turnaround time starts once we have received all the necessary materials. If the source is illegible, damaged or incomplete, the turnaround time may change.
How does payment work?
Projects up to €100 are paid on delivery. For new clients and projects over €100: 50% in advance and 50% on delivery. Monthly packages are paid at the start of the period. Final files are provided after payment.
Are there discounts for multiple projects?
Yes: 5% for 5–9 projects and 8% for 10–19 projects in one order. For 20 or more projects we prepare an individual B2B quote. The maximum total discount is 10%.
